Before I forget and find myself wandering off with another thought, it has been brought to my attention that I should include a little discussion on the wine and our repas du jour. As we all know, wine and food is a marriage made in heaven. So I would welcome thoughts on critical parings as this little adventures move forward. Let’s face it, unless you’re a wine steward at La Tour D’Argent or somewhere else, no need to have a cardiac event over wine paring. There is no wrong or right there is only what taste good to you and is it in your budget of course!
