I am suggesting a mix of both delicious red and white wines to go along with the roast chicken and a few cloves of garlic. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with any of these and the wine police won’t be knocking down your door accusing you of violating every wine etiquette known to man or to France. So rest easy. I would suggest you pop some champagne first, in celebration of Easter then move to a red not the other way around or stay with white wine.
